About Jaclyn Lafer
I have a history in theatre, comedy and storytelling, all of which are profoundly valuable in the therapy room. I received my PhD in Clinical Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, and in working toward that degree have extensively researched children, childhood and curiosity. What I have learned is that all wisdom lies in the questions, and it is a profound experience to become comfortable in the space of what is not known.
My Areas of Focus:
- Childhood
- Pregnancy and Early Infancy
- Family Dynamics
- Relationships
- Mindfulness
- Anxiety
- Depression
- ADHD
- Adolescence
- Spiritual Conflict
